DNDO Advanced Spectroscopic Program (ASP) : [Note: In order to access the application associated with this procurement,
you must first create an applicant account. To create an applicant account,
select “Login” from the www.safetyact.gov home page and follow the “Create
Applicant Account” link found at the bottom of the page. Once you have
registered, login and select “Create Application” under “Applicant Tools.”
Under the “First Time Application” section, select “Create an Application
Related to a Procurement” and select DNDO Advanced Spectroscopic Program
(ASP).]
Once you are logged in, you will see a link at the right of this page to access
the application associated with this procurement as “Create Application.” When
filling out the Application, you should complete only the following items in
the Application Kit:
Section A All Items
Section B Items 1, 2a-c
Section C Items 11-14
Section D* Items 1-3*
Section E All Items
* Certification (Section D of the Application) will not be granted unless the
Applicant can demonstrate through operational testing or operational deployment
that the Technology will “perform as intended”, “conforms to the Seller’s
specifications” and “is safe for use”, as per Public Law 107-296, Subtitle G
(the “SAFETY Act”).

Transportation Security Administration Security Technology Support Services : Selected Vendors under the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Security Technology Support Services program (Solicitation No. TBD) are eligible for a streamlined, expedited review. Under the terms of this notice, Selected Vendors need only answer questions D.16, exclusive of D.16.5, and D.17 of the SAFETY Act Designation application.
Certification (Items C.4 through C.6) will not be granted unless the Applicant can demonstrate through operational deployment that the Technology will “perform as intended,” “conforms to the Seller’s specifications,” and “is safe for use,” as per Public Law 107-296, Subtitle G (the “SAFETY Act”). At this time, Certification applications for the TSA Security Technology Support Services program are not subject to expedited review.
